As a key support team member, you’ll assist students with daily tasks—ranging from classroom activities to personal care—while building positive relationships and helping every student thrive both academically and personally. Your flexibility and compassion will help create an inclusive and supportive environment for all learners.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, PCI, or in a similar school-based support role strongly preferred
• Comfort and flexibility providing toileting and personal care assistance
• Understanding of or experience working with students with IEPs
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
• Strong communication, patience, and adaptability skills

Responsibilities:

• Support students academically in classroom settings, under the direction of certified educators
• Provide personal care, including toileting and hygiene assistance, in a respectful and professional manner
• Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Encourage student independence and participation in all classroom activities
• Assist with behavioral and social supports as part of a multidisciplinary team

This contract runs Monday through Friday from August 26, 2026, through June 15, 2027; daily hours are 8:40 AM to 3:33 PM.
