Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Arizona Special Education Teaching License or valid Certificate
• IVP Fingerprint Card required
• Experience supporting compliance and development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Skilled in facilitating evaluation processes, student placement, and review conferences
• Ability to coordinate curriculum and staff development, and effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the creation, implementation, and evaluation of IEPs, ensuring legal and educational standards are met
• Oversee the referral and evaluation process for student placement, and lead review conferences with stakeholders
• Offer curriculum coordination and professional development for instructional staff
• Serve as a liaison among multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and parents to foster a supportive learning community
• Provide individualized support to students in classroom settings to promote their academic and functional success

This position is strictly onsite—remote or virtual options are not available.
