We are seeking dedicated School Paraprofessionals to join a supportive elementary school district in the Phoenix area for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to work closely with students and educators in a collaborative special education environment.

Position Details

  • Self-Contained Classroom Instructional Aide

  • Resource Classroom Instructional Aide

• School Year: 2026–2027

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in classroom settings.

• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.

• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally based on individual needs.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers.

• Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.

• Assist with classroom documentation and other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.

• Experience supporting students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or in special education classrooms is preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.

• Flexibility to work in either a self-contained or resource classroom environment.
