Position: We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PA Para) to join a supportive high school team in Phoenixville, PA for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will provide one-on-one or small group support to students, assisting with academic, behavioral, and personal care needs as needed. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and passionate about helping students achieve success both inside and outside the classroom while working collaboratively with teachers and school staff.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 7:40 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
• School: High School (1 Building)
• Rate: $18-$22

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families.
• Must be able to obtain all required Pennsylvania state clearances and paraprofessional requirements prior to the start of employment.
