Desired Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience working with children or in a classroom setting is highly valued
• Ability to take direction from teaching staff and follow established routines

• Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative school environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in education or special education is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing instructional plans and classroom activities
• Offer academic and behavioral support to students individually or in small groups
• Help manage classroom organization and maintain a safe, welcoming space
• Adapt materials and assignments under teacher guidance to suit each student’s needs
• Supervise students during transitions and support them throughout the school day
• Maintain confidentiality and positive rapport with students, staff, and families
