Your days will follow a regular school schedule, from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with shorter hours on minimum days (Wednesdays, 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM)—allowing for both consistency and work-life balance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required
• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional in educational settings
• Ability to collaborate with educators and specialists
• Strong communication skills, particularly in supporting students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support for an elementary student, focusing on fostering engagement and understanding
