Support students and make a meaningful difference as a Personal Care Assistant in a vibrant educational setting. This long-term contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with students with disabilities for the 26/27 school year. You’ll be on a friendly and collaborative campus, helping foster independence and growth for students in need of one-on-one support. Several positions are available, with immediate interviews for those eager to get started.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience or genuine interest in supporting students with disabilities
• Ability to assist with a variety of personal care needs, including toileting if required
• Meets one of the following:
  • Two years of postsecondary coursework
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • High school diploma plus willingness to complete 8 hours of required coursework (can be done during onboarding)
• Dependability, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Ready to commit to a full-time schedule for the entire school year

What you’ll do:

• Provide individualized, compassionate assistance to students in classroom and other school settings
• Support students’ academic, social, and personal needs throughout the day
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to maintain a positive, inclusive environment
• Help students develop independence while ensuring safety and comfort
• Document and communicate student progress and any concerns to appropriate staff
