Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is highly preferred
• Ability to assist students individually and in small groups with classroom tasks and activities
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, teachers, and staff
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with diverse learners
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certification as a paraprofessional is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing lesson plans under teacher supervision
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require extra help
