What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role, especially in elementary or preschool settings
• Comfort and competence working 1:1 with students, including those who may require extra attention or individualized support
• Ability to adapt quickly and follow direction from teachers and school staff
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Passion for education and helping children achieve their potential
• High school diploma or equivalent (some settings may require additional credentials or clearances)

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support by assisting teachers in instructional activities and classroom management
• Work 1:1 with students, supporting individualized education plans as assigned
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Prepare and organize materials for lessons and activities
• Support students with personal needs, as appropriate
• Help reinforce learning objectives through guided practice and encouragement
