What we’re seeking:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting is highly preferred
• Comfortable assisting teachers in classroom management and instructional support
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team

Your primary responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers within the classroom, assisting with instructional needs
• Work one-on-one or with small groups of students who may need additional assistance
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher guidance
• Assist with classroom activities, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment
