Your journey would begin as soon as possible and extend through June 16, 2026. The role offers consistent, daytime hours from 7:40am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, aligning perfectly with regular school schedules.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with high school students
• Capacity to follow teacher direction and individualized student plans
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable when supporting students of varying abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or additional certifications a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers by providing academic, behavioral, and social support to students
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging learning environment for high school learners
• Help implement lesson plans, accommodate individual learning needs, and manage classroom routines
• Support students during classroom activities, transitions, and non-instructional times
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
