These contract positions run from ASAP through mid-June 2027, offering the chance to play a vital part in students’ daily educational journeys.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proof of high school diploma (no additional certifications or higher education required)
• Ideally, prior experience in a school or educational setting
• Flexibility to fill both individual student support (1:1) and general classroom assistance roles
• Ability to provide three completed references upfront, including your most recent manager, before the interview stage
• Reliable and punctual, ready to assist during Middle School hours (7:10 am–2:10 pm) or High School hours (7:30 am–2:30 pm), with a 30-minute unpaid lunch

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in academic and social settings, adapting approaches as needed for individual and group needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to foster an inclusive learning environment
• Help redirect and encourage students’ participation, maintaining a positive and safe atmosphere
• Assist with daily routines, organization, and implementation of educational strategies
