• Strong communication skills and the ability to redirect non-aggressive students to keep them on task
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable work style

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to two elementary students during school hours (9:25 AM to 3:50 PM)
• Assist with personal care needs, including toileting and diapering when necessary
• Help students transition between classroom activities while maintaining focus and minimizing distractions
• Engage positively with teachers and classroom staff to promote a healthy learning environment
• Document daily student progress and report observations to the appropriate staff
