Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional, classroom aide, or support staff is highly valued
• Ability to build trusting, supportive relationships with students and staff
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to the needs of various age groups and learning abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students under the direction of teachers and special education staff
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to reinforce lessons and foster understanding
• Assist with classroom organization, activities, and transitions
• Encourage positive behaviors and model respectful interactions
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
