As a Behavioral Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping learners develop academically, behaviorally, and socially in a dynamic school environment. The assignment begins August 25, 2026 and runs through June 4, 2027, with a need for someone to start as soon as possible to assist a student near Media, PA.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional or Behavioral Technician in a school setting
• Background supporting students with behavioral or emotional challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively within classroom teams and follow individual behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, educators, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced educational environments
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or RBT certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of behavioral strategies for a student identified by the school
• Assist with daily classroom activities, transitions, and routines
• Collect and document behavioral data as directed by supervising staff
• Reinforce positive behavior and provide guidance based on established intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other paraprofessionals to foster student growth
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful learning atmosphere
