Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or behavioral technician in an educational setting
• Familiarity with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention strategies

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting students’ needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support and assistance to an individual student throughout the school day
• Help implement and monitor individualized behavioral strategies and programs
• Support classroom routines, academic activities, and social interaction
• Document student progress, behaviors, and interventions for ongoing team assessment
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and related service providers to ensure student success
• Assist with developing positive behavior supports and fostering a safe, inclusive learning space
