Ideal Experience and Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or higher, or completion of the WorkKeys test, or active Substitute Certification
• Previous experience working within school settings
• Ability to adapt to shifting classroom and student support demands
• Willingness to assist both virtual SLPs and teaching staff as needed
• Successful completion of fingerprinting and background check

Key Responsibilities:

• Support virtual SLPs in preparing students for therapy sessions at designated sites
• Guide and monitor students as directed during virtual SLP services
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff, providing classroom assistance when SLP sessions are not in progress
• Foster a welcoming, organized, and safe environment for all students
• Communicate effectively with both remote and onsite team members
