Current openings include roles as an Elementary Special Education Paraprofessional (Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.), Kids Club Special Education Paraprofessional (Monday through Friday, 1:30–5:30 p.m.), and Kids Club Lead (Monday through Friday, 1:30–6:00 p.m.). Each position is focused on empowering students to succeed, providing the support they need in both academic and enrichment settings.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience or training as a Paraprofessional, preferably in special education or youth services
  • Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students and teachers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable attitude
  • Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to students’ well-being

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in classroom or small group settings, adapting activities to individual educational needs
  • Work closely with special education teachers and staff to implement individualized learning plans
  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all students
  • Offer encouragement and behavioral support as needed throughout the day
  • For Kids Club Lead, supervise activities and oversee the program during after-school hours
