Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Assistant, preferably in a school setting
• Demonstrated expertise in behavioral support techniques
• Experience working with students spanning grades K-12
• Ability to adapt strategies for various learning styles and needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Reliability and positive attitude towards student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist certified teachers in implementing instructional plans
• Provide direct support to students individually and in small groups
• Monitor, model, and encourage positive behaviors
• Adapt and modify educational materials as needed for students
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Support in facilitating classroom management and routines
• Communicate progress and concerns to educational staff
