Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Assistant, preferably in educational settings

- Comfortable supporting educators and students across general and special education environments
- Ability to quickly adapt to new classrooms and student groups throughout the district
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students individually and in small groups to enhance learning and social engagement
- Implement teacher and specialist-driven strategies to address behavioral and educational goals
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for students in a variety of classroom settings (K-12)
- Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff district-wide to ensure tailored student support
- Monitor student progress and behavior, reporting observations to the appropriate educational team members
