Qualifications & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Assistant, preferably in educational settings

• Comfortable supporting educators and students across general and special education environments
• Ability to quickly adapt to new classrooms and student groups throughout the district
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students individually and in small groups to enhance learning and social engagement
• Implement teacher and specialist-driven strategies to address behavioral and educational goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for students in a variety of classroom settings (K-12)
• Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff district-wide to ensure tailored student support
• Monitor student progress and behavior, reporting observations to the appropriate educational team members
