Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom organization
• Contribute to implementing individualized education plans and behavior strategies, where applicable
• Monitor student behavior and help ensure a safe, supportive classroom atmosphere
• Support students with special needs according to their unique plans and requirements
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and collaborative discussions as needed
