Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role
• Knowledge of effective strategies for assisting students with varying abilities

• Ability to follow teacher guidance and established classroom procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students individually and in small groups under the direction of teachers
• Assist in implementing lesson plans, reinforcing classroom instruction, and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Help manage student behavior and foster engagement through encouragement and positive reinforcement
• Support students with special needs by offering guidance, accommodations, and hands-on assistance
• Prepare materials, set up learning activities, and assist with classroom organization
• Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and staff to ensure a collaborative atmosphere
