What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience as a school paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Familiarity with K-12 environments and student needs
• Ability to support, manage, and encourage students in a school setting

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with students, educators, and the virtual SLP
• Calm, patient demeanor and adaptability in a dynamic setting
