Instructional Aide - Rio Vista, CA

Key Requirements & Desired Experience:

• Proven experience as a paraprofessional in Special Education environments
• Fully onboarded in the required system to ensure swift placement
• Ability to start within three business days of contract signing
• Excellent ability to support individual student needs and collaborate with classroom teachers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a student, implementing classroom accommodations and modifications
• Follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute to progress monitoring
• Assist with classroom activities, transitions, and fostering student independence
• Work in sync with educators and related service providers to ensure consistency in support
• Promote inclusion and reinforce positive behavior strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the team
