An opportunity awaits for dedicated Paraprofessionals to work in both individualized (1:1) and classroom-based capacities, providing crucial assistance to students and teachers during the academic year from September 1, 2026, through June 16, 2027. This contract role offers a consistent weekday schedule of 32.5 hours per week, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch each day).

What You’ll Need:

• Experience working in a school environment as a paraprofessional or similar role
• Proof of high school diploma (no additional para certifications or higher education required)
• Three professional references, including one from your most recent supervisor, to be submitted prior to interviewing
• A passion for supporting students with varying educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings
• Strong interpersonal communication and reliability

What You’ll Do:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional tasks and classroom management
• Provide direct support to students in 1:1 and inclusive classroom settings
• Foster a safe, encouraging, and supportive learning environment
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations as directed by teaching staff
• Track student progress and communicate observations to educators
