What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work effectively in either classroom or 1:1 settings
• Prior school-based experience highly preferred
• High school diploma (no additional certifications or higher education required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth
• Candidates must provide three completed professional references—including most recent manager—prior to interviews

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers and provide academic, social, or behavioral support to students
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with educators and school staff to implement individualized plans
• Adapt to varying student needs across different grade and classroom settings
• Encourage students to meet learning goals, celebrate progress, and build confidence
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies
