What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required; no additional certifications necessary
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively in both individual and group settings with students

• Dependability and a positive, encouraging attitude
• Commitment to fulfilling the full contract through June 16, 2027
• Ability to provide three professional references, including your most recent manager, before interviewing

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a supportive classroom environment
• Assist with academic tasks under the supervision of certified teaching staff
• Offer individualized support for assigned students as needed
• Reinforce lessons and help with classroom routines and transitions
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational plans
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students throughout the school day

Benefits and Schedule: This role provides consistent weekday hours (32.5 per week), following either Middle School (7:10 am–2:10 pm) or High School (7:30 am–2:30 pm) schedules, with a 30-minute lunch.
