Educational professionals with strong interpersonal skills are needed to assist middle and high school learners in varied paraprofessional roles. These include 1:1 student support and classroom assistance, offering both variety and valuable daily engagement.

Currently, six enthusiastic individuals are being sought for contract positions, where you’ll collaborate with educators and enrich student experiences across different needs and classroom environments. Your ability to connect and adapt will make all the difference in students’ educational journeys.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; no additional certifications or advanced degrees necessary
• School-based experience highly preferred
• Must provide three professional references, including the most recent direct supervisor, prior to interviews
• Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive 1:1 or small-group support in classroom settings, encouraging student progress
• Assist teachers in implementing learning plans and classroom management strategies
• Adapt to the individual needs of each assigned student, ensuring an inclusive environment
• Foster positive relationships to help meet social, emotional, and academic goals
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold school and district policies

Enjoy consistent weekday hours—32.5 weekly, either 7:10am-2:10pm at the middle school or 7:30am-2:30pm at the high school (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)—on a contract extending until June 16, 2027.
