The daily schedule runs from 7:50 AM to 3:10 PM, offering consistency and structure for both you and the students.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is highly valued
• Ability to engage with children ages 5-8, supporting their academic and social development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers and team members
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine care for helping students grow
• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of relevant training or certifications is a plus

What you’ll do:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Support students in small groups or one-on-one to reinforce learning concepts
