What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
• Prior experience working in a school environment or familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• A collaborative mindset, able to follow teacher and specialist direction for student support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students and staff
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs on a daily basis

Key responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students as directed
• Assist with classroom activities, instructional tasks, social skills, and transitions
• Implement individualized strategies and modifications to encourage student engagement
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and related service providers
• Help foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive school environment
