Ideal candidates have either a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, and bring experience from a school setting or direct exposure to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree required
  • Previous experience working with students in a school setting or hands-on ABA experience

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and small group support to students with unique learning needs
  • Assist teachers with classroom activities, behavior management, and lesson implementation
  • Implement strategies designed to support student success and encourage positive behavior
  • Help maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment
  • Monitor student progress and record observations to support educational plans
