Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of certified educators to deliver classroom instruction and activities
• Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students, following individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Support classroom management and encourage positive behaviors
• Assist in preparation and organization of educational materials
• Help create an engaging, safe, and supportive environment for all learners
• Communicate effectively with teachers, school personnel, and parents
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to student progress monitoring
