Key Qualifications:

• Experience or training as a Paraprofessional in educational settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability when supporting diverse learners
• Dependable attendance and commitment to assigned schedule
• Willingness to obtain or maintain relevant certifications (when required)

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students in general education or special education classrooms
• Assist with individualized or small group learning activities
• Implement classroom routines and help maintain a positive learning environment
• Support students in developing social and behavioral skills
• Assist with classroom organization, instructional materials, and adaptive equipment as needed
• Monitor and document student progress under teacher direction
