Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional, particularly in school settings
• Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and positive behavior support
• Ability to build rapport and maintain a supportive, encouraging classroom environment
• Skill in collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student growth
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
• High school diploma required; additional training in behavioral health or education a plus

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with a student requiring behavioral support
• Implement individualized behavioral plans in coordination with educational teams
• Track and document student progress, behavior incidents, and program effectiveness

• Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents about progress and any concerns
• Support classroom management and encourage social-emotional development
