Location: St. Paul, MN 55102
Position: Paraprofessional
Schedule: Full-Time | 30 Hours/Week
Setting: On-Site | K–8 Special Education

A school district near Minneapolis is seeking qualified Paraprofessionals to support students in K–8 settings. This is an on-site role focused on reinforcing instruction, collecting student data, supporting behavior plans, and assisting students with daily activities.

Position Details:

Full-time position
30 hours per week
On-site only
K–8 opportunities
Individual and small-group instructional support
Reinforce and re-teach specially designed instruction
Provide accommodations and modifications under the direction of licensed staff
Collect data related to behavior, academic progress, and student goals
Implement approved de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques
Assist with toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and other self-care needs

Requirements:

Must have at least one of the following:
Completed two years of study totaling 60 or more college credit hours from an accredited institution
Associate's degree or higher
Passing score on an MN-approved ParaPro or ParaEducator assessment
Verifiable special education paraprofessional experience through a school reference

Must be able to provide supporting documentation for the qualifying requirement
Ability to work effectively with special education students and school staff
