Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Prior school-based paraprofessional experience required
• Strong commitment to supporting students with diverse and intensive needs
• Experience with K-12 age groups preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, flexibility, and the ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Adaptability to varied classroom environments and student needs
• Reliability and professionalism in meeting daily expectations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and supervision to students as directed by teachers and specialists
• Assist in implementing individual education or behavior plans
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and positive classroom atmosphere
• Help with classroom management and daily routines
• Support students in academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
• Collaborate closely with teachers and educational staff to deliver tailored support
