Qualifications and Preferred Background:

• Experience as a school paraprofessional or similar role preferred

• Ability to support instructional and behavioral goals as directed by teaching staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for students within the intensive autism classroom environment

• Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies
• Support students’ learning, communication, daily care, and safe participation in classroom routines
