Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Aide to support students with behavioral and developmental needs in an educational setting. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, collaborative, and passionate about helping students succeed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or extensive experience as a paraprofessional, behavior aide, or in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Previous experience working with children or students with behavioral or developmental needs preferred
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with teachers, therapists, administrators, and other staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, dependable, and able to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations
• Reliable transportation is required
• Ability to follow behavior plans, implement interventions, and maintain accurate documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support to students
• Implement behavior intervention strategies under the direction of the appropriate school-based professionals
• Help students develop positive behavioral, social, and academic skills
• Monitor and document student behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
