Multiple full-time opportunities are available for dedicated professionals to provide classroom support from August 17, 2026, through June 11, 2027. With placements spanning several elementary sites, you'll have the chance to make an impact with students ranging from Transitional Kindergarten to 5th grade, collaborating closely with teachers and contributing to a dynamic educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional or instructional aide in school settings is highly valued
- Comfortable assisting students with toileting/diapering needs as part of daily responsibilities
- Willingness to support both younger (TK-K) and older (1st-5th) student groups
- Commitment to completing required para training before the start date
- Flexibility regarding early morning or mid-afternoon shift start/end times (7:45am–2:45pm or 8:00am–3:00pm)
- Ability to reliably commute to Mill Valley, factoring in bridge tolls if applicable
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in general education classrooms
- Help ensure an inclusive, safe, and positive environment for young learners
- Assist with daily routines, including one-on-one and group activities
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement lesson plans and individualized strategies
- Participate in supervision during arrival, dismissal, and recess
