Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of lesson plans and classroom activities
  • Work individually or in small groups with students who require extra attention
  • Monitor and encourage positive student behavior, helping to maintain an inclusive atmosphere
  • Offer help with instructional materials and classroom setup
  • Support teachers in record-keeping and routine classroom duties
  • Foster respectful communication and interaction among students
