Instructional Aide - San Francisco, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an associate degree is required
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or behavioral aide
• Strong behavioral intervention background; ABA experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Prepared to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing student-specific behavior plans throughout the school day
• Support classroom management and facilitate positive behavior among students
• Track, document, and report student progress and behavioral data accurately
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and other support staff
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
• Provide one-on-one and small group assistance as needed to help students achieve academic and behavioral goals
