Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Paraprofessional or Behavioral Aide in an educational setting
• Associate degree (required)
• Strong understanding of student behavioral needs and de-escalation strategies
• Training or experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) is highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and families
• Ability to follow Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and implement behavior intervention strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom
• Assist with implementing behavioral intervention plans and ABA strategies
• Help foster a positive and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to monitor student progress
• Document student behavior and interventions in accordance with school and program guidelines
