Make a direct impact in the lives of young learners as a contract Paraprofessional/Instructional Aid in an elementary school setting near San Francisco, CA. Multiple full-time positions are available at various elementary schools, with opportunities to support children in both Transitional Kindergarten-Kindergarten and 1st-5th grade classrooms. This is an exciting chance to develop hands-on experience in education while providing integral classroom support and care.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Openness to assisting with toileting/diapering tasks as needed
• Willingness to work within general education classrooms
• Ability to complete a required paraprofessional training
• Dependability and strong communication skills
• Adaptability working with various age groups (TK–5th grade)
• Readiness to work at different school sites as needed
• Positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for helping young students succeed

Key Duties:

• Support classroom teachers with instructional and non-instructional tasks
• Assist young students throughout the school day, including academic activities, transitions, and personal care
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
• Provide direct support to students, fostering independence
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet classroom goals
• Supervise students before and after school as needed within your assigned schedule

Assignment Details:

• Full-time, contract-based role (6.5 hours/day, approximately 32.5 hours/week)
• August 17th, 2026 – June 11th, 2027
• Shifts between 7:45am–2:45pm or 8:00am–3:00pm
