We are seeking dedicated and highly adaptable Summer Paraprofessionals to join our campus teams. In this role, flexibility is paramount. Paras are assigned to a specific campus, and leadership will place staff based on the highest area of student need. We are looking for true team players who are willing to "do it all" to ensure student success.
Responsibilities:
Versatile Student Support: Provide one-on-one or group support as directed by campus leadership; placements are determined by the Principal and are not guaranteed to meet specific preferences.
Comprehensive Care: Assist with all aspects of student daily living, including toileting, diapering, feeding, and G-tube feeding.
Academic & Behavioral Aid: Implement teacher-directed instructional strategies and behavior plans to support social and emotional development.
Professional Reliability: Maintain a positive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to step into any role requested by the administration.
Qualifications:
Commitment to Service: Must be willing and able to perform all caregiving tasks (including personal hygiene and medical feeding) without exception.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing assignments and classroom environments as needs shift across the campus.
Team Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
Patience & Consistency: Ability to provide a stable learning environment for students with diverse needs.
