Soliant is seeking Special Education Paraprofessionals for multiple school based openings throughout San Francisco. These positions support students from Pre-K through high school and offer opportunities to work in a variety of special education settings.

Position Overview:

Multiple openings available
2026–2027 school year
Pre-K through high school assignments
School placement based on district needs
Onsite only
School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.

What You'll Do:

Support students with academic and behavioral needs
Assist teachers and special education staff in the classroom
Help students with daily living activities when needed
Work closely with school teams to support student success

Important:

Candidates must be comfortable supporting a wide range of student needs, including:

Personal care assistance
Toileting and diapering
Feeding assistance
Mobility support
Behavioral support

Assignments vary by school and student needs, so flexibility is important.

Qualifications:

You must meet one of the following requirements:

Associate's Degree or higher
48 completed college credits and a High School Diploma
Passing score on the CBEST and a High School Diploma
Passing score on the Instructional Aide Exam and a High School Diploma

Additional certifications and experience are a plus, including CPR/First Aid, sign language, medical support experience, behavioral support experience, or LVN licensure.

Work Hours:

Schedules vary by assignment:

Pre-K: 22.5 hours/week
Elementary: 27.5 hours/week
Middle School: 32.5 hours/week
High School: 32.5 hours/week
Bus Aide: Up to 40 hours/week

Compensation:

$20/26 hour (negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications)
