Employment Type: Full-Time - Contract

Program Dates: 26/27 School year

Schedule: 6.5 hours per day (Monday – Friday)

Hourly Pay Rate : $34.25-$37.50 based on experience

Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Paraprofessionals to support our students during the 26/27 school year. In this role, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide instructional, behavioral, and personal care support to students across various grade levels (K-12). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in a short amount of time!

Key Responsibilities
Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management.

Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students to reinforce learning concepts.

Must be willing to assist students with personal care needs, including toileting and diapering.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet one of the following educational criteria:

Option 1: An Associate Degree or higher.

Option 2: A High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 48 completed college units.

Option 3: A High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND a passing score on the CBEST.

Option 4: A High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND a passing score on the Instructional Aide Exam.

Note: Prior experience working with children or individuals with special needs in an educational setting is highly preferred.Summer Program Paraprofessional (K-12)
