Position: Paraprofessional / Teacher's Aide

Location: San Francisco, CA

What You'll Do

• Provide classroom support alongside certified teachers.
• Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally.
• Help create a positive, engaging learning environment.
• Support students with individualized education plans (IEPs) when applicable.
• Encourage student growth and independence throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Previous experience working with children is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for education and student success
• Ability to pass required background screenings
