Paraprofessional / Behavior Aide

Soliant Education is searching for a Paraprofessional for a school in the San Francisco, California area! This is a full-time, onsite position for the summer and next school year.

Position Type: Contract / W-2
Hours: Full-time
Pay Range: $22-$27 an hour
Benefits: Medical / Dental / 401k
Grade Level: K-12th grade

Details and Responsibilities:

• Working 1:1 with students helping them achieve behavioral and academic goals
• Assisting teacher with various classroom tasks
• Collaborate with staff to ensure each student meets and exceeds goals
• Must be comfortable working with students with behavioral needs
• Must be comfortable with toileting and diapering could be necessary depending on the classroom**
• Will aid in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Must have an Associate's degree or 48 college credits
• 1 year of school based experience preferred
