Support elementary students in a dynamic learning environment for the 2026-2027 school year as a dedicated paraprofessional. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within a school setting
• Passion for supporting elementary-age students in their academic and social development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse classroom needs and contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or post-secondary coursework preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management, lesson implementation, and individualized instruction
• Support students with special needs or individual plans, helping them participate fully in daily activities
• Foster a welcoming and supportive classroom environment
• Help monitor student progress and collaborate on ongoing goals
• Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and other education professionals
• Participate in staff meetings and development opportunities as needed
