• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or certifications a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with academic, behavioral, or physical challenges, as assigned
• Implement lesson plans and provide individual or group support under the direction of certified staff

• Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, or field trips as needed
• Communicate clearly with teaching staff and parents about student progress and concerns
• Maintain accurate records and observe confidentiality practices
