Instructional Assistant - Santa Ana, California

Take on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students as a Behavior Aide for the 2026-2027 school year. Work a consistent 30-hour school week, following the bell schedule and dedicating your skills to make a difference in the lives of students near Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you’ll provide 1:1 support within special education settings—caseloads range from mild/moderate to moderate/severe, with behaviors such as ADHD, autism spectrum, hyperactivity, elopement, general disruption, and mild-moderate aggression. Compensation for this position offers an hourly pay range of $24-27 based on experience.
