Responsibilities

Support teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities.

Provide one-on-one and small-group assistance to students.

Reinforce academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.

Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.

Document student progress and communicate effectively with the educational team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must meet all state and district hiring requirements, including background screening.
