Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
• Direct or related experience in a school environment, or familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Adaptability and patience when working with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support to teachers in classroom activities and daily routines
• Assist individual students and small groups to achieve instructional goals
• Facilitate inclusion and engagement for students requiring additional guidance
• Implement behavior support strategies and modify approaches, as needed
• Monitor, document, and report student progress to educational staff
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and safe classroom environment
